How did we advised you on first contact? I was constructing a new extension and FGC were very helpful and understanding of the nature of the project. Updates to the original design (like addition of an extra door) were accomodated easily and efficiently

Installation - was the installers polite and did they clean and tidy up afterwards? All polite and as clean as necessary, although given the site was a work in progress with other builders / materials around there was limited tidying required. Having said that, subsequent visits to rememdy teething issues have been also very efficient and tidy.

Are you pleased with our frameless glass curtains? Yes and they are hugely popular with friends / guests when visiting.

Would you recommend us to other people? Yes - and I have done so on several occasions already

The installer was excellent. In spite of being let down by another member of the team he got on with with the job in a positive manner. Disruption was kept to a minimum and he cleared and tidied up. We wanted to connect two room - a 'sun room' and living room -by replacing a large window with some glass doors. We contacted local suppliers and Googled 'glass partitions'. Local suppliers weren't much help, however the Google came up with just what we wanted - frameless glass doors. We contacted Gary for a price. He arranged to come and do a survey the following week - 600 mile round trip - arrived on time. We agreed on what we wanted and three weeks later the frameless glass curtain were fitted, again on schedule, in only 3 hours. We are very please with them, they are minimalist, modern and very easy to use - just what we wanted and better than our our original plans.

A heartfelt thank you from us. We knew we wanted something a bit special to set off our extension, which has been absolutely essential in making our new home work for the family. From the time of our first visit to your premises we felt comfortable with your product. It was a product just as we had hoped and envisaged for our new kitchen extension – double glazed, frameless glass doors to cover a 7.310 meter opening ! Until then we were not sure if it was possible.

Just a note to let you know how delighted we are with the sliding folding glazed panels installed by your firm at the rear of our house. Friends come into our kitchen now and are just amazed at how the same space has been transformed and opened up, simply by the addition of your glazed panels, providing a panoramic view looking out onto the garden. During warm summer days it was (and still is) such a joy to slide and park the panels to one side, bringing the garden into the kitchen dining area. We have a separate dining room in the house also, but haven't in fact used it since the day your windows were installed! Nobody wants to leave the newly created bright space with a full view of the garden and changing seasons, now almost making the other living rooms redundant. Downside is that I now have to labour away and keep the garden trim, tidy and colourful every weekend!

I must also take this opportunity to remark on the efficiency with which the panels were installed by two of your very pleasant and cheerful fitters, who arrived at exactly the appointed time on the agreed date as advised when we first ordered the panels. They worked diligently, ensuring the panels were up and running in the shortest possible time, all as per the agreed time schedule and budget, and left the place spotless on completion.

I'm quite sure that the overall effect, backed up by our enthusiastic demonstations of how they work, will result in a few more additions to your order book! We certainly have no hesitation in recommending your system.

We had been dealing with a large commercial glass door supplier who were extremely slow and unable to meet our requirements for a large opening on our barn. I found your product on the website and came to see you at your farm. You came out the following week and the installation was completed with-in a month. The installation was not without challenges, but your installers were helpful and found a solution to all the problems. We are extremely pleased with the result and have recommended you to other people. We did have a small problem with one of the doors, but you sent someone to look at it and it was repaired within a week.

This is a fantastic product.

I would think about offering the door in thicker glass as it would be better for openings of our size.
